The house was for decades our grandparents’ home. We spent incredibly unique summers and winter weekends there. The history of this villa in the village of Paleokastro has been rewritten in 2019 was renovated and redesigned with care making significant additions as required for a modern and comfortable accommodation.  The interior space of the house occupies 115 sqm, while the outer space unfolds on 800sq.m. Fully renovated, it combines simplicity and casual elegance of all the comforts of modern times. 

Situated in the calm village this brand-new villa where residents can relax in their privacy and enjoy the beauties of Crete. The elegantly stylish house offers a spectacular view to the gulf of Kissamos and cape Spatha.

Interior

Measuring 115m2, our villa features two bedrooms and one elegant living and dining room with magnificent sea view. One bedroom located on a wonderful view to the sea whereas overlooks the garden of the villa. The other bedroom is just a few steps from the sparkling pool. The living room offers relaxing moments with sea view.

Exterior

Villa Evrithea is the ideal residence to relax, have fun, eat and live in the open. Surrounded by stonewall, it ensures privacy and seclusion. The unique villa offers an expansive large veranda, with an unquestionably amazing view of the sea, and the cretan landscape. The pergola that shelters the pool area is perfect for lazy hours outdoor.

Kissamos / Kasteli Port is 6 km from Villa Evrithea, while Gramvousa is 18 km away. The nearest airport is Chania International Airport, 53 km from the accommodation.

Tout etait juste parfait...j'ai bcp réservé d'hôtels, gite, villa mais je n ai jamais eu une telle prestation, hospitalité, générosité... Cela depasse presque une relation de locataire a proprietaire. La villa est magnifique dans le style cretois décoré interieur extérieur avec bcp de goût, piscine tres agreable 4x8 m, entouré par des forets d'oliviers a deux minute en voiture de kissamos, 40 mn de balos, 45mn de chania, 1h de elafonisi, 25mn de falassarna 30 mn de platanias... A notre arrivée un plat préparé par la maman plus tout ce qu il faut pour tenir niveau victuaille sur la première journee, plus des cadeaux des produits locaux. En cours de sejour, changement d un barbecue, apport d'une brioche, sel et romarin local, conseil restaurant.... Bref juste parfait... Je conseille tres vivement ce propriétaire, foncez y les yeux fermés !!!!!!!!!

Perfect place for a family with two kids

Panagiotis waited for us with traditional Greek food cooked by his mother! He didn't leave until he made sure everything was perfect for us. We couldn't be grateful enough. The place had everything you could think of and then some: baby cot, vacuum cleaner, dish washer, washing machine, fridge full with complimentary food, juices, water, beer, wine, anything one would need. The view and quietness of the place made for the perfect relaxation vacation. For us, this is the place to be when visiting Western Crete.

Mansion Fabrica

Let yourself fully relax in our luxurious favorable accommodations with lots of facilities and high-level service. We do our best to make you always content, smiling and satisfied.

 Fabrica constituted a traditional olive press of our grandfather, which has been transformed into mansion with a living room, kitchen, dining area two bedrooms and a rooftop pool and can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests in total and all exhibit the same refreshing style and attention to detail.

Interior

Fabrica built and owned by Marentakis family in 1921 in Paleokastro old neighborhood, while in 2022 are fully renovated.  Wooden steps leading up to second level at the bedrooms and to the terrace. At the first level there is a sitting and dining room traditionally furnished with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, tv and a/c.

Exterior

Mansion Fabrica has o terrace pool with unobstructed view of kissamos gulf. The daybed and the lounge chairs give the opportunity to dawdle the sea view and the landscapes of olivetrees.

The house was the home of the village secretary Lakiotakis in the 60s. The history of this stoned house in the olive groves has been rewritten in 2016 was renovated with the greatest historic respect with finesse and care making significant additions as required for a modern and comfortable accommodation. The interior space of the house occupies 110 sqm, while the outer space unfolds on 1.5 acre. Fully renovated, it combines a discreet casual elegance of the past and all the comforts of modern times.

Located in Kissamos, 2.3 km from Telonio Beach and 2.7 km from Mavros Molos Beach, Villa Agrithea offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and air conditioning.

Interior

It has 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable seating lounge.

Exterior

The aspect of harmony and eclectic design is completed with the swimming pool of 3,5m x 7m that has been specially designed in total harmony with nature.
